PREMIER SUITES have implemented additional safety and cleaning measures to mitigate the potential spread of COVID-19, our self-contained apartments offer a safer alternative to the traditional hotel room, offering: 

  • Contactless check in and express check out available, so face-to-face contact with our staff can be avoided
  • Out-of-hours on call service
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers are available for guests to use on every floor
  • Stays with confidence, industry Covid-19 accreditations achieved at property level.
  • Since we have a high number of long-stay guests there is less turnover of transient guests staying for 1-off stays
  • Safe and Secure - Our ISAAP Building Accreditation ensures high standards of health, safety, security and quality 
  • Social distancing signage and safety measures are in place at property level
  • A living room with space to work, teamed with reliable complimentary Wi-Fi
  • A fully fitted kitchen, allowing guests to have the option to dine in privacy
  • Grocery and restaurant order delivery services are available
  • In suite laundry facilities, every apartment has its own washing machine (not communal)
  • A weekly housekeeping service. Alternatively we offer a no contact housekeeping pack, supplying fresh towels and linen to the door, allowing    guests to maintain isolation.
  • Our solo initiative, ensuring guest security, while travelling solo. Where possible, room allocation will not be on the bottom floor / at the end of corridors and we will be on hand to ensure that guests are comfortable with the location, facilities and services available
  • Pet friendly apartments, for extended stay guests (excess of 28 consecutive nights). Our comprehensive pet policy ensures apartments are completely deep cleaned on departure
